Due to the nature of vehicle sales, all purchases are considered final unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Deposits

Vehicle deposits may be non-refundable unless specifically stated otherwise at the time of purchase.

Damaged Deliveries

If your vehicle arrives with shipping-related damage, please notify both the carrier and Japanese Mini Trucks For Sale immediately so we can assist with the claims process.

Order Cancellations

Orders cancelled before shipment may be subject to administrative fees or deposit forfeiture depending on the stage of the transaction.
